What happens if I purchase something and discover that is it damaged once I get home ?

Please contact our head office during Office hours , Monday to Friday within 7 days. Once we have received all the information we will process the return / refund depending on what is required. 

Can I return an item I have purchased online if I want to change my mind ?

As long as the item being returned has all the original packaging and there is no visible damage, you may return your item. You will need to contact our Head Office within 14 days.Return Shipping of the specific item/s will be for the customers account. 

What happens if I purchase something and once it has been delivered I am unsure if I want to keep it.

You may return a purchase within 14 days subject to all the original packaging being in tact and the item has not been opened or used. If a full refund is required, this will be processed within 14 working days subject to Head Office investigation and approval. 

Can I get a refund for a product I have purchased in-store or online?

Can I get a refund for a voucher I have purchased online or in-store

Vouchers are non refundable. You may use your voucher for any product within the Vursa range however we do not refund vouchers.

What happens if the product I have ordered online is different to the product that has been delivered.

Do you accept returns on Linen or Bedding 

We will accept returns on Linen and Bedding subject to the product being unopened and in the original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, customers will not be able to return Linen/Bedding that has been opened. 

What happens if the Linen or Bedding delivered is not what I ordered ? 

if the product that was delivered is not the same as what was ordered but has been opened, we will gladly accept a return subject to our head office investigations. Please make sure to report any issues within 7 working days.
